What’s been happening in OceanClick?

As we reach midway of 2021, we would like to look back and see how much has changed. This year has certainly been a pivotal year for OceanClick, the company has grown by leaps and bounds. Like any start-ups, challenges abound and are tackled head on as we navigated this new business environment. Fortunately, the company is strategically located close to several universities and call centers, hence it served as a deep talent pool. But since a lot of the talent are used to following scripts while answering phone calls, our training department conducted several training programs to ensure that our specialists familiarize themselves with the required tasks.

And alongside training new talents, the company was able to determine which services are more in demand. So from initially focusing on our Real Estate VA, Executive VA and Customer Service, we geared more towards offering Social Media Marketing and our Multi Media Services. These were brought about by the new digital economy created by pandemic. Platforms such as FB, IG, LinkedIn, YT and even TikTok have become more relevant to todays’ business environment. A lot of entrepreneurs like realtors and podcasters in the US have created their own YT Channel to reach out to more people.
