Happy New Year!
The world has completed another cycle around the sun. As we spin within our axis, sunrise to sunset, hours, minutes, seconds pass us by. Let’s take a look as to what we’ve spent those past 365 days on. We started 2021 with a job fair and managed to hire dozens of new specialists, then we had our company summer outing, we celebrated Pride Month, we had our team-building activities, we had our tournaments, we celebrated our 1st Anniversary and awarded those who showed us the meaning of “committed to excellence”, we also launched our coastal cleanup program, we celebrated Halloween, we helped communities in dire need through our outreach and relief programs, we celebrated Christmas and finally we celebrated New Year.
OceanClick as a company has grown from 21 employees to 55, making our growth more than 150%. From 4 teams, we’ve grown into 10 teams, which again is 150% growth. And from just 8 clients, we now have well over 50 clients. That is more than 600% growth! We have surpassed all our targets for 2021 These numbers simply mean that we, as individuals, had collectively placed all our efforts into the growth of our company. And as CEO of OceanClick Virtual Solutions, it is with great honor and pride that I say Excellent Work everyone! Without each and everyone of you, we will not be where we are now. We were a young and budding company as we started the year 2021, but we ended it as a company who is sure of its growth and direction. With every step we take, our footing has become stronger and steadier And it is with this vigor that we enter into 2022! It is a year of promise, a year of hope, and a year of opportunity. It is my greatest hope to walk, run, and sprint through this year with you and push our company to attain great heights, so that we may cement our name, OceanClick, as a driving force in our local economy. May we find ourselves evolving this year to become the best versions of us, and may we embody our greatest value: being committed to excellence.
