In celebration of OceanClick’s anniversary month, MORE (Mobilizing Optimistic Response for the Environment) – OceanClick’s Environment Committee in collaboration with Pura Vida, Vida Homes, and Sea Explorers is organizing an underwater and beach clean up in Dauin where we are located.
Why an Underwater and Beach Clean Up?
The ocean and its beaches are an essential part of humans’ lives. In addition to the range of recreational activities that can be done there, they provide permanent habitats for various marine plants and animals.
As employees working by the Ocean, we’ve seen more than our share of trash littering the beaches. Reducing pollution through coastal clean-up is a critical way to protect the ocean and the marine life.
