Our guest speaker is a graduate of Silliman University with the degree of Elementary Education, Major in Pre-School Education. She has over a decade of working in a customer service industry with 5 years in the hospitality industry such as the Courtyard Marriott Convention Center and Fairmont Hotel Georgetown. Our speaker is exposed to all aspects of customer service including program design and sales management, marketing and brand management, operational execution of small to large scale events in the hospitality field and in the community. Before engaging in the hospitality industry, our speaker worked as a Flight Attendant for four years. Without further ado, help me welcome Ms. Von Cathleen Panot – Iyengar.
